Sean CarrouthAutomation Product Manager – Bonomi North America, Inc. 

Sean got his start in the fluid power industry in 1985. The following 20 years were spent working in valve automation, factory safety equipment, robotics, and motion controls.  Sean started Precept Automation in 2006. Precept focused on distribution of valve, valve automation, and pneumatic components. Precept was sold in 2010.  After 3 more years of working in distribution, Sean joined the Bonomi North America, Inc. team in 2013 where he leads everything pertaining to automation, control valves, warranty, and LocPower. 

Richard Keith Wentzell – Bonomi Group, Inc.

Rick Wentzell is a Vietnam Platoon Sergeant Combat Veteran who began his career with Watts Regulator for 22 years and was their National Sales Manager. In 1993 he became the National Sales Manager for Apollo for 10 years.  In 2003 he started the US division of the Worldwide Bonomi Group originally established in 1901 based out of Brescia Italy where is currently works today. He continues to serve the North American market with the highest quality Italian manufactured Valves, Actuators, fittings and various valve products.

Pete Hinrichs – Veiga

Pete Hinrichs joined the Viega team in 2017 as a District Manager in Colorado. He started in the construction industry in 1998 in custom residential construction and then entered the PVF wholesale industry in 2004 working for one of the largest vendors in the country. As a seasoned industry insider Pete specializes in vendor relationships, inside sales, counter sales, and field sales. In addition to more than a decade in the wholesale side, Pete has more than 6 years tenure designing and specifying hydronic systems for residential and commercial construction. Pete also spent an additional 2 years in the field as a Viega district manager and has been training for Viega since 2019. Pete values trust and seeks to build it in every customer relationship. He is also passionate about solving problems and seeks to revive the “lost art” of customer service.

Victor Hatcher  – McWane Plumbing Group

Victor Hatcher is the Director of Codes and Standards for the McWane Plumbing Group (AB&I Foundry, Anaco-Husky Couplings, and Tyler Pipe and Coupling). In his 24 plus years in the plumbing industry, he has held multiple technical positions with plumbing contractors and wholesale distributors. Victor currently serves on multiple standards committees, apprenticeship training committees, holds a certificate as a third-party Firestop Inspector from the International Firestop Council, and regularly participates in the code development process for plumbing and mechanical codes.  He provides hands-on trainings for multiple groups annually
