    • Only individuals registered and wearing badges may attend convention events. Badges and other convention materials will not be released until registration fees have been paid in full.
    • Individuals attending only the Business Meeting Program will be required to pay full registration fees.
    • Convention cancellations received before May 20 will receive refund of fees paid minus a processing fee of $25 per cancellation; substitutions may be made without penalty. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 20; however, substitutions may be made.
    • Registration for individual “break out” events i.e.: prayer breakfast, opening reception, committee meetings, seminars, business meetings Keynote Breakfast, and other activities will be free of charge with a paid registration, however the individual registration for each “break out” is mandatory to participate due to social distancing, room limitations and safety guidelines.
    • Each event may have a limited number of potential attendees due to social distancing for the individual “break outs” based on room size and set-up. If the “break out” participation is maxed, we will hold a waiting list in case of cancellations/no shows.
    • Only paying delegates are able to attend committee meetings, seminars, business meetings Keynote Breakfast. Delegates must make a reservation specific for each “Break out” mentioned above.
    • Opening Reception is open to spouses. Prayer Breakfast and Closing reception is open to delegates and families in attendance with prior registration to the aforementioned events.
    • Registration for individual “break out” events will be sent to the registered attendee on May 10th. Availability will be based on time of response of the completed form received at [email protected]
