MANUFACTURER DELEGATES ONLY: The first manufacturer delegate to register for the convention is required to pay the first delegate fee of $1295 ($1395 after April 1st) if the company is an SWA member. If the Company is not a member, the first Manufacturer Delegate price will be $1495 ($1595 after April 1st). This covers the cost of the Business Meeting or the Service Provider table Fee. Additional delegates registering with the company will only pay the additional member delegate fee.($695 before April 1st and $795 after April 1st) If the company is not a member they will pay $895 per additional delegate or $995 per additional delegate after April 1st.

Step 3: Permissions and Waivers

Liability Waiver I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in SWA events and activities of my own free and intentional act and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly and that I am, as a result, able to participate in SWA events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being.

Photography Waiver Attendees agree and acknowledge that SWA plans to take photographs and videos at SWA Events and reproduce them in SWA educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the SWA website and SWA's social media outlets. By participating in this SWA event, I grant the right to use my name, photographs, videos and biography for such purposes.
